The T house, also known as a Modular Prefabricated House, is designed with a steel structure frame and sandwich panels. It is commonly utilized at construction, oil, and mining sites as workers' quarters, site offices, soldier camps, and school projects including student dormitories and teacher offices. It also serves effectively as disaster relief housing or low-income family housing.
All parts are fabricated according to design requirements, welded, and painted. Assembly is completed on-site using bolts, screws, and rivets on a cement foundation. The main steel structure is made from Square Tube Steel or H Section Steel, with EPS, IEPS, Glass Wool, Rock Wool, or PU sandwich panels for walls and roofs.
Efficiency: 6 workers can build 100sqm in just one day! The building can be designed as 1, 2, or 3-floor structures.
