The evaporative condenser is a high-efficiency energy-saving heat exchange equipment. It absorbs heat from fluids in exchange coils through the evaporation of water films sprayed onto the outer surface of the coils. Dry cold air enters from the lower inlet, exchanges materials with the circulating water, absorbs heat and moisture, and is exhausted as hot wet air from the top.
The majority of the water falls back into the collecting tank for re-circulation, while the cooled medium inside the tubes is discharged from the lower outlet after full heat exchange.
Made of φ25mm seamless fluid pipe with a design pressure of 1.97MPa. Whole hot-dip zinc treatment enhances corrosion resistance and service life. Tilted design facilitates liquid discharge with low pressure drop.
Equipped with electronic pulse technology to treat circulating water, providing effective anti-scaling, sterilization, and algae control.
Features a mechanical seal for zero leakage and long life. Uses special outdoor motors with imported bearings for high flow, low noise, and reliable operation.
Utilizes corrosion-resistant PVC material. Reduces water drift rate to less than 0.001% by changing flow direction. Easy to remove for cleaning.
